Currently the hot topic within the tech industry – 5G – the fifth generation technology standard for cellular networks is set to play a major role in every sector over the next decade.
This evolution of telecommunications and connectivity with change the business world beyond recognition – but who are the leading figures in the UK regarding 5G?
The 2020 Go:Tech Awards will crown the ‘5G Innovator of the Year’ – and we are encouraging all businesses, tech leaders and entrepreneurs within this space to send in their entries.
With the roll out of 5G in the UK happening now, this award will recognise a company or organisation that is at the forefront of its implementation and development.
The award is open to those that have played a role in the evolution of 5G or have demonstrated success and innovation somewhere in the supply chain.
The independent panel of judges will be looking for:
- Information about the company and what it does
- Details about the journey of their product, innovation, or solution
- How they have positively affected the roll out of 5G
- Demonstrable evidence of the impact of the solution
- Evidence of commitment to collaboration and innovation
As part of the entry process, you will need to send in an 800-word entry and any supporting documents.
